True Update Client C++ Runtime Error

Cause:

The TrueUpdateClient files in Program Files are unusable and/or corrupt. It can also be caused by third party antivirus software.

How to Correct the TrueUpdateClient C ++ Runtime Error:

Windows XP

1. With SMS closed down, Navigate to:
   1. For 64-bit computers: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ag Leader Technology\SMS
   2. For 32-bit computers: C:\Program Files\Ag Leader Technology\SMS
2. Find these two files:

1. Once you find them, select and delete both
2. When that is complete, go to My Computer and navigate to Add/Remove Programs
3. Select Change or Remove Program
4. Select SMS and choose to Change the program
5. Follow the Install Wizard. When prompted, choose to Repair the program
6. Once the process is complete, open SMS and you should no longer receive the error message

Windows 7/Vista

1. With SMS closed down, Navigate to:
   1. For 64-bit computers: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ag Leader Technology\SMS
   2. For 32-bit computers: C:\Program Files\Ag Leader Technology\SMS
2. Find these two files:

3. Right-click on SMS and choose to Change the program
