Projects 

Projects are normally used to separate data from different users or customers that you want kept in different databases for security or data size reasons. Advanced users can create, edit, or delete an unlimited number of Projects. Basic users can only create/edit/manage up to (5) Projects and are limited to a single Data Location where their data is stored. Advanced users can define multiple Data Locations to store data, which can be on the same computer or on individual servers spread out around the world.

To View, edit, or delete a project, select the Projects button from the Main Toolbar (for Advanced users) or select File and Projects for (Basic Users) 

*Basic users are allowed up to 5 different projects

Read File(s)

Reading in files allows to you to view what occurred when operating in the field. 

Click this button to read in files from a field display/monitor, sync files from SMS Mobile, or import generic files.

Agfiniti™  Sync

You can automatically sync data between your Agfiniti cloud and your SMS software. After selecting this icon, the Agfiniti Sync menu will appear where you can set what data you want to send or receive from your Agfiniti account.

Device Setup Utility

Use this tool to export data to your field display such as field & product names, boundaries, guidance lines, prescriptions and variety tracking files to use during harvest.

Print 

With the map or report created that you wish to print, click this icon to print to paper, PDF, or image.

Reports

Select the button to generate a new text report. 

Creating or Editing Reports

New Chart 

Select this icon to generate a new chart of the map data. 

New 3D Chart 

Select this icon to generate a new 3D chart of the data 

Analysis Wizard 

Select this icon to run the available analysis functions such as Comparison Analysis, Equation Based Analysis, Multi-Year Averages, etc. Analysis functions can be run on a single field, multiple fields, or across projects depending on their type.

Financial Entries 

Select this function to enter detailed production financial values such as income, expenses, expense/income shares, etc. 

New Map

To create a map, first highlight the data in the management tree you wish to see, then select this icon.

Add to Map

To add additional data to a previously existing map, highlight the data in the management tree and select this icon.

Close Map 

To close a map that is open, select this icon.

Batch Command 

Select this icon to bring up the Batch Command Utility menu. This will allow you to apply various functions, such as the addition of properties to a group of datasets, in a batch operation.

General Options 

Provides access to general operational settings for the entire system.

 Close All

To close all workspaces that are currently open, select this icon.
