Follow the steps below to purchase or manually renew an AgFiniti or SMS license or maintenance:
- Select the User Menu in upper right and then Licenses
- In the Licenses window, select Buy
- The Add or Renew Licenses window will appear.
- Select Add License next to the required license
- Note: SMS Advanced module licenses will require SMS Advanced to be used
- Select Check Out
- Review the checkout summary, entering the required items highlighted in red
- Servicing Dealer
- Note: This field may already be populated. If it isn’t then you can select one, see more information about servicing dealers in the What is a servicing dealer? section.
- Credit Card number, security code and expiration date
- All other needed items will be populated automatically based on your account information
- Select Buy Now
- Note: Licenses are set to automatically renew using the same credit card information
- This can be disabled as needed at any time by highlighting the purchased license in the License window and selecting Edit
- Online purchasing is limited, at this time, to US, CA and EU only.
What is a servicing dealer?
To purchase an AgFiniti license, a servicing dealer must be set. Any Ag Leader dealer can be set as your servicing dealer and this indicates to Ag Leader that they are your dealer, serving as your primary contact for sales and service questions. In most cases, this is set automatically based on past purchases and is the only connection to be applied automatically. If this relationship is not setup automatically, it can be requested manually by a dealer, or set here.
A few additional notes on the Servicing Dealer Relationship:
- This is ONLY used to link customers and dealers within AgFiniti
- Unlike the other relationships, this does NOT provide any access to customer data or their account. Access to data or to the account can only be requested by one of the other sharing relationships.
- This is NOT the same as a Trusted Advisor.
- Your servicing dealer may also perform tasks such as data analysis or remote support, in these cases your dealer would request in addition to the Servicing Dealer sharing relationship also any of the other needed sharing relationships.
- Only being set as Servicing Dealer will not provide access to any of your data, as mentioned previously.
- You can end this relationship at any time in the exact same way as other relationships

Follow the steps to download an invoice:
- Select the User Menu in upper right and then Licenses
- In the Licenses window, select the icon to Email Invoices
- The Email Invoice screen will open and the customer can either select one or all invoices to email.
- Once the invoice is selected, click send.
Deleting Payment Information
- Have you changed credit card numbers or need to use a different credit card, but you're set for Auto Renew?
- Select the User Menu in upper right and then Licenses
- In the Licenses window, select the icon to Delete Payment Method
- The Delete Payment Method screen will open, and you will have the option to cancel or confirm if you want to cancel.
Activating or Extending a license via Activation Code
- Acquire activation code from your Ag Leader dealer
- Go to www.agfiniti.com and log in
- Navigate to Manage and click on Licenses and Services
- Select Add License
- To activate a new license:
- Select the correct license in the product drop down
- Click on Add New in the License Options
- Enter the activation code and click ok.
- To extend an existing license:
- Select the correct license in the product drop down
- Select to extend the license in the License Options
- Enter the activation code and click ok.
New licenses will expire 12 months from the date of entry and cannot be adjusted by the dealer or Ag Leader staff. Extending an existing license will add another 12 months. For example, a license with 2 months left will expire in 14 months after being extended.
